Jimmy Ray "Toby" Clark, age 69 of 826 Friendly Road, Eden passed away at his home on Monday August 15, 2016.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Thursday at Fair Funeral Home with burial to follow at Overlook Cemetery.

Mr. Clark was born February 4, 1947 in Leaksville, NC to the late Harry Reed Clark and Carrie Goard Clark. He was the Owner and Operator of Clark's Used Cars. He always loved to watch Game Shows on TV and could tell a good joke and make people laugh.

Surviving are son, Joey Clark ; daughter, Jody Sharpe and husband Robert ; granddaughters, Jolene Clark and Robin Sharpe; great grandchild, Autumn Thacker all of Eden.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening at Fair Funeral Home from 6 -8 pm and other times at the home of his son Joey, 503 Church Street, Eden.
