Mason "Junior" Agee, 82, of 411 Westerly Park Road in Eden, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016, at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, July 30, at Mt. View Cemetery in Ridgeway, VA. There will be no formal visitation.

Mr. Agee was born September 29, 1933 in Henry County, Virginia, to the late Moses Logan Agee and Essie Sharpe Agee. He was a US Navy veteran and a retiree of Roadway Express.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Spencer Agee of the home; two sons, Gary Agee (Kristi) of Eden and Mark Agee of Stoneville; daughter, Lisa Agee of the home; two grandchildren, Karsen and Kyle Agee; four sisters, Mary Brinegar, Lillie Arrington (Tony), Sarah Hurley (Tommy), Donna Jackson (Jackie); two brothers, David Agee (Margie) and Tim Agee (Pat); several nieces and nephews; and his canine companion, "Princess".
