Hortense "Jessie" Bullins meant much to the Joyce/Lester and extended families. She will be greatly missed. She was a kind, humble woman who worked hard, loved her family, community, church and who offered hospitality in her home to everyone, and who through her smile and laughter in later years offered comfort to those that visited her in a different place. She always smiled and greeted those that came to her home or "room".

Hortense was a very special sweet lady. Mom and I would go see her when she was at home. Have a lot of great memories of her. We always had a great time visiting with her. Put Hortense and Doris together and you would always have a good laugh. Very sweet ladies. In our thoughts and prayers during this time. With heartfelt sympathy. God Bless!
