Ralph and Sally Jo: we are so sorry to hear of Joretta's passing. We spent many years worshipping and loving you all at Hampton Heights and then continuing to love and worship with them at First Baptist. Joretta was a loving, caring Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She always looked as though she stepped out of a fashion magazine. I'll miss seeing her, but I know there'll be a day of reunion. May God be with you all and give you the peace that passeth all understanding. Our love to you all.

My deepest consolations to Joretta's family. I knew Joretta well and we dated some while we were in high school. She was a lovely girl with a lovely personality. I knew she was ill but did not know that the situation had gotten so bad. May God bless Ralph and the other members of her family.

Dear Sally Jo and family, WE are so saddened to read of your precious Mom's passing. WE will miss her coming by and waving to us and our granddaughters as she did so many times in the neighborhood. She always greeted us with a smile and a compliment. God must have needed a female diva in Heaven to style everyone up!!! Know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. May God embrace you, your Dad, hubby, and children during the days ahead as we know this loss is hard during the Christmas season.

Ralph and Sally Jo, Although we were neighbors we really did not see each other often, but we knew there was an understood love always. Sharing blueberries and flowers was a joy between good neighbors. I wish I had been able to come tell you these things in person, but please know I send my love.
