Debra Wray Pendleton, 62, of 157 Briarwood Trail in Eden, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015, at Hospice Home of Rockingham County in Wentworth, NC.
A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, November 30, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.
Debra was born August 13, 1953 in Leaksville, NC (now Eden) to the late Ivan Jefferson Wray and Lillian Hooker Wray. She worked for Fleetmaster as a dispatcher. Debra enjoyed books and loved to read.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Pendleton, Jr. of the home; daughters, Allison Sigmon of Reidsville and Lillian Pendleton of Eden; brothers, Keith Wray and wife, Faye, Jeff Wray, and Michael Wray and wife, Lisa, all of Eden; sisters Linda Gibson of Reidsville, Sharon Gregory and husband, Wallace of Axton, VA, and Penny Eaton and husband, Van of Eden; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends, Sunday evening, 6 - 8 PM, at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Rockingham County, PO Box 281, Wentworth, NC 27375.
