Brenda Honaker Rea, 66, of 5518 Eckerson Road in Greensboro, passed away Tuesday afternoon, September 22, 2015 at Augusta Health Center in Fishersville, VA.
A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, September 25, at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Rea was born February 20, 1949 in Lebanon, VA to the late Carl Samuel Honaker and Opal Shepherd Honaker Monroe.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas L. Rea of the home; son, Timothy Rea and wife, Angela of Summerfield; two grandchildren, Haley and Joshua Rea; sisters, Jeanne H. Furr and Bonnie A. Bartee, both of Fishersville, VA; and one niece, Lynn Morell of Staunton, VA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Honaker Glass and brother, Johnny Honaker.
There will be no formal visitation.
