Richard was a big part of our neighborhood over the years. He drove his neighbors around to see the Christmas lights during the holidays, mowed the grass of the folks who could no longer work in their yard, did little odd jobs just to help folks out, and many of us attended church with him. Richard was a big personality, a good neighbor, and will be missed.
