Sally Conard - White, 47, of 827 Grand Oaks Drive in Eden, passed away Wednesday morning, July 8, 2015, at Morehead Memorial Hospital.
There is no memorial service scheduled at this time.
Sally was born September 27, 1967 in Rochester, New York.
She is survived by her husband, William White of the home; two daughters, Sarah Pratt and husband, Jason and Kimberly Nester and husband, Jerry, both of Eden; father, Douglas Conard and wife, Rebecca of Naples, New York; mother, Beverly Perry of Portland, Oregon; three grandchildren, Christopher Prescott, Cody Pratt, and Catherine Pratt; sister, Mary Lopus and husband, Jeffrey of Aberdeen, Maryland; three nephews and one niece.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Fair Funeral Home, PO Box 337, Eden, NC 27289, to assist with funeral expenses.
