George Jeffrey "Jeff" Tuggle, 41, of 651 Mica Road in Ridgeway, VA, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015.

A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, June 22, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church. Henry County Sheriff's Department Honor Guard and Rockingham County Veteran's Honor Guard will perform rites at the graveside.

Mr. Tuggle was born March 22, 1974 in Rockingham County, NC. He was a graduate of McMichael High School, Class of 1992 and received a Bachelors Degree from Victory University and was an avid Carolina Tarheel fan and golfer. Jeff was a US Army veteran having attained the rank of Sergeant after four years of service. He was employed by Henry County Sheriff's Department at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his son, Tyler Matthew Tuggle and daughter, Kaitlyn "Katie" Marie Tuggle, both of Ridgway; father, George Tee Tuggle and wife, Phyllis of Martinsville, VA; mother, Brenda Williams Tuggle of Stoneville; brother, Realy Marion Tuggle and wife, Sabrina of Greensboro; sister, Wendy Tuggle Carpenter and husband, Russell of Haymarket, VA; niece, Natalie Tuggle; nephew, Dylan Carpenter; and fiancee', Sheri Jernigan of Collinsville, VA.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday (11 am - 12 Noon) at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home of his mother, 3743 Settle Bridge Road in Stoneville.

Brenda, Wendy. I am TRULY sorry for your loss. Wendy and I attended Stoneville together and Jeff and I Graduated together.
