I just read of Marian's passing this morning. I remember Marian and Lorene from the bowling center in Eden. What fun we used to have! During my "single" years (between my first and last marriage) Lorene, Judy Hundley, Roslyn Henry and I were like the "four horsemen". I lost my husband in August 2014 at age 58, after 31 yrs of marriage. I truly lost my best friend. Then my dad died 10 days later at age 92. Try to remember all of your good memories of Marian as you go through this most difficult time. Grieve in your own way for as long as you need. I am still grieving my husband and my dad. Please take care of all and love each other as much as possible because you never know when something might happen. Elizabeth Harris Chilton McCoy

I worked at Boren Brick when Marian work at our Eden block plant. We talked on the phone several times a week. She was always helpful and nice to work with. I am praying for her love ones left here to wait for our reunion in the sky. Since those working days with Marian,my husband and one of my sons has gone to heaven. I understand this a hard time for all of you. Lean on God. He will see you thru. Much Love and Prayers.

Paul and Debra, and all of the Freeman family....our hearts are holding you close as you say your earthly goodbyes to one of the most kind, loving, and caring persons we have ever known. As soon as we met, we became friends, and that friendship never stopped. So sweet..so gentle, so warm, so loving. God will help you get through this, but at the same time, we all know God has welcomed into his loving kingdom the greatest angel from this earth. We love you. We are holding you close.
