Mack Sanford Evans, 44, of 717 Osborne Street in Eden, passed away Tuesday evening, at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Sunday, March 1, at 808 Clarkway Avenue in Eden.
Mack was born June 15, 1970 in Eden, NC to the late Mack Jackson Evans and Lorene Hale Evans. He was a member of Gospel Tabernacle.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Brooke Evans of Eden; brother, Frankie Evans and wife, Cindy of Eden; sisters, Judy Evans, Cindy Samuels and husband, Calvin, Belinda Evans, and Cathy Rorrer, all of Eden; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jessie Evans and niece, Carly Samuels.
The family gratefully requests that memorial donations be made to Fair Funeral Home, PO Box 337, Eden, NC 27289, to assist with the arrangement costs.
