Eric Anthony Nickerson,age 44 of 314 Elam Ave. Eden, NC passed away on Wednesday February 18, 2015 at Morehead Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.
Mr. Nickerson was born March 26, 1970 in Long Island,NY.
He is survived by brother, Roy Nickerson of Madison, NC; sisters, Dawn Nickerson of Blue Point, NY, Barbara Nickerson of Cold Water, Mich. and JoAnn Nickerson of Eden, NC; aunt Eilene Zanutig of Eden; nieces, AmySue DeJesus Benhammou of Eden, Carrie Pierce of Greensboro, Erin DeJesus and Alex Nickerson of Madison, Amanda Coyne and Ashley Coyne, both of Michigan; nephews, Dylan Nickerson of Madison and David Coyne of Michigan.
The family has requested no formal visitation or service.
Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your loved one. death itelf is an enemy to all, especially when it is a dear loved one. But the Bible can provide comfort at John 5:28,29 & Psalm 55:22 where it says " Throw your burden on God , and he will sustain you. Never will he allow the righteous one to fall."

I new Eric only a short time. But he made me laugh all the time. If only you could hear the stories and things we talked about. He was a special friend to me. Everyone he met he made them smile.
