We are saddened to hear of Bill's passing. He was a fine man we enjoyed talking with at First Baptist and admired his faithfulness in attending church when we knew his vision was an issue. We will always remember Pat's sweet smile and her eagerness to stand with him, keeping his life as normal as before his vision started to fail. God bless each of you children and family members as you say goodbye to this fine man. We can take joy in knowing he and Pat are together, fully healed and enjoying the fruits of Heaven. We will continue to keep you all in our prayers. God bless each of you.

I was sad to learn of Bill's death. He & your mother were so close; it was sweet to see them together. She would drive him to the post office and it was his job to walk in to fetch the mail from the box. She kept him active and involved; she brought him to Border Book Club on occasion when the program was one he would enjoy. Peace & sympathies, Carol Melvin
