Mary Elizabeth "Tip" Spink Bryant, age 90 of 308 Victor Street, Eden, joined her beloved husband, Jack Wesley, on November 20, 2014. They were married 58 years at the time of his passing and during her declining health had spoken often of joining him.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Overlook Cemetery with the service conducted by her nephew Pastor Lee Bryant of Virginia.
Elizabeth was born January 28, 1924 to the late Harry and Flora Spink. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by a son, Garry Bryant; daughter, Jackie Bryant Wall and husband Sam of Eden; sisters, Catherine Cox and Geneva Reynolds; Her two feline babies, Tiger and Miss Kitty; special nieces, Linda and Marcy Jeffries and Toni Fain all of Eden; special nephews, Richard Murphy of California, James McNeeley and Ron Reynolds of Eden.
She was predeceased by her parents, one brother and three sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice of Rockingham County, 2150 NC 65, Wentworth, NC 27375 or the charity of your choice.
