My deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the family. He had not see Frank in many many years. I remember as a very young child probably 40+ years ago, going to Draper Penecostal Chruch and Frank greeting all the young children. He was loved by all. He is one of the many ppl I remember from there who help mold my life. He is in his new mansion and I know he is singing God's praise.
