I saw David just about 9 days before he passed away. he looked really chipper and I mentioned that to him.He was in great spirits and talked about his family, and that he had just recently spent time with Taylor in G'boro, his caring for his cousin Bill, and that he hadn't played golf in a long time but wished that he was still able to...I have spent many conversations with his mother-in-law about her concern and love for him, He will be greatly missed by many but his suffering is now over, Rest in Peace-lovingly, Helen

David was a good neighbor. He always had a smile and something good to say about someone. At the time of his death, he was taking his invalid cousin a hot meal everyday at his own expense and was running many of his errands.
