So many fond memories of Mrs. Lawson's class.....I always said you were my first love, just because you were such a sweet, kind and funny person. You will be missed and thank you for the memories.

I have lived at Vineyard Point for about 14 years, we all here have lost a great friend. For most of those years I would stop by about every day with my dog and he would always have treats and a smile. I'm so glad Dave is no longer suffering but I'm so going to miss him.

Bill and Bev, How saddened we are to read in the Charlotte paper of David's death and please know of our heartfelt sympathy and love during this most difficult time for you both. We did not realize that he lived here on Lake Norman -- where we spend our summers. We cannot imagine how hard it is to lose a child and we send our prayerful support over the distance to you. You are special persons in our lives and we continue to be grateful for your supportive care and love during our ministry with you at Leaksville Church. May God's peace and presence help to provide you with much strength and hope in the days ahead. Fondly, Mike and Theresa Leatherwood

I was so sad to read of David's death. I had talked to David a few months ago but I had not seen him in a long while. I have wonderful memories of being with you all at the lake many years ago when you taught me to water ski. I feel very fortunate to have known David and both of you and I will miss his laugh and his smile. Bill and Bev, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

So sorry to hear of David's passing. We met in 4th grade and I thought he was the sweetest boy I'd ever met. I'm sure he still is. I was blessed because of David's presence and could never forget him. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
