Donita Carter, 58, of 133 Billingsley Drive in Reidsville, passed away early Wednesday morning, February 19, 2014, at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Straightway House Of Prayer Church Cemetery. Mrs. Carter was born March 16, 1955 to the late Thomas T. Nixon and Eunice Hatcher Knowles

in Reidsville, NC. She was a member of Straightway House Of Prayer. She is survived by her husband Charles Carter of the home, one son Robert Carter and wife Jonsie of Reidsville, NC, Daughter - In - Law Darla Carter, two nephews Jimmy Merrell, Chad Ayers, other numerous neices and nephews, and five grandchildren Christina, Nicole, Danielle, Ashley and Emily. The family will receive friends Friday evening 6 until 8pm at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to 133 Billingsley Rd., Reidsville, NC 27320.
