Lorine Mae Robertson, age 83 formerly of Glenwood Court, Eden passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Morehead Nusing Center.
A funeral service will be held 12 noon on Friday at Overlook Mausoleum with visitation to follow the service.
Mrs. Robertson was born November 23, 1930 in Danville. She was retired from Fieldcrest Mills and had worked at the Blanket Finishing Plant on New street.
Surviving are granddaughters, Melissa Biggs Crowder and Jessica Biggs Pettigrew and husband Robert; grandson, David Biggs, Jr. and wife Cecilya; great grandchildren, Whitney Clark, Kavan Crawford, Hunter and Dustin Pettigrew, Brooke, Logan and Maddilyn Biggs; nephew, Mike Farmer and wife Sharon.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Pauline Farmer; daughter, Kathy "Gail" Biggs; mother, Ruby Overby and father, Homer Robertson; nephew, Danny Farmer.

I hated to hear about the passing of Miss Lorine, i can remember when i was 15 i would dance to the backstreet boys just as soon as her and Gail and Jessica were sitting on the front porch just to show off! She will be missed and we are praying for you all!!! (Rom 16:16)
