My heart goes out to you, old friend, Kent; and to your family. I know God will grant you sweet peace and comfort in this time of loss. Our family, my sisters Karen and Linda and others knew "Judy Lane" from way back on Rhode Island Street in good old North Spray and her visits there. She is most certainly singing in a heavenly choir today. God bless you all.

How appropriate for Judy to be a Christmas Angel. I remember her kindness with the children's choir during the Christmas programs at First Church of the Brethren. She will be remembered by many with love.

Dear Kent, Kim and Russ, Our sympathy to you and all the family on the loss of Aunt Judy. She was such a lovely woman and Christian. I can't help but feel she gave her last precious gift to her family on Christmas by coming to your family Christmas gathering...bitter sweet. I know how much you'll miss her, but trust you are rejoicing for her homecoming to heaven. She is in the Lord's presence. Love, Ginger and family

Unfortunately, I did not know Judy until her last years. But I am fortunate enough to know her family. I saw first hand the love her husband had for her. I have experienced the wonderful loving, accepting, selfless children and grandchildren that she raised. These two things alone speak wonders to the character of a woman. For that I am very grateful to Mrs. Judy. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

We were so sorry to get the news Christmas night of Judy's passing. We had just been talking about her and looking at old family photos of her. Judy was a wonderful person. We've lost so many in our family and remembering all the times that our family spent through our lives and especially all the Christmases when we all got together. I know it will be difficult for you all, but knowing Judy is in heaven with a new body and with our Lord and all the family who have gone on before her is comforting. We are sorry we couldn't get there for her funeral. We will be praying for the Lord to bring you comfort now and in the days ahead. Love, Lisa & Wade

Heart felt condolences to each of you, Uncle Kent, Kim & Russ. Judy was, to a child's eye and heart a kind of perfectly realized aunty and Mother. From a toddler's then somewhat more advanced perspective. Always a soft, enthusiastic voice, encouraging good behavior and good results. Prayers before bed. Smiles all around. Acknowledgment. . Was so very pleased to catch up with each of you all just a few years back reunion. A most lovely woman. Who loved and was loved.

Dear Kent, Aunt Nina told me that Judy had died. I just wanted you to know that I always thought she was just the loveliest person I knew - beautiful, gentle, delightful - particularly when I was a little girl. Despite Judy's difficult illness, she was fortunate to have someone like you to care for and love her. May she rest in peace. Just in case you don't remember me - I am Mabel and Earl Moore's daughter. Susan

My heart goes out to your family at this very difficult time. Mrs. Richardson was my 5th grade teacher and she was the best. I am now in my late 30's and out of all the teachers I had through school, she was my favorite. I ran into her and her husband at Kings Inn Pizza back in 2007 when I came home to visit my grandmother who was dying. My husband and I had left the hospital for a bit to get something to eat, I was so sad and running into her and getting to talk about school back then and the Redskins, she loved her Redskins and so did I, made my day brighter. I am very blessed to have had such a wonderful teacher that truly cared about her students and I am blessed to have known her. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
