Annie Brown Westbrook, 92, of 610 Price Street in Eden, passed away Monday morning, December 2, 2013, at Hospice Home of Rockingham County in Wentworth.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, December 5, at Overlook Cemetery.
Mrs. Westbrook was born July 17, 1921, in Stokes County, She was the daughter of the late Jessie and Emma Reison Brown. She was a 30 year member of Tri City Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Delores Westbrook of Eden; granddaughter, Rhonda Yates and husband, Spencer of Eden; and great-granddaughter, Lauren Yates.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Xavier Westbrook; son, Phillip Westbrook; grandson, Phillip Ray Westbrook; brother, Sidney Brown; and sister, Patsy Shelton.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, 6 - 8 PM, at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
