Francis "Frank" Frederick Fausel, 67, of 161 Crumpton Road in Reidsville, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018, at his home.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, March 8th at Evergreen Memory Gardens in Reidsville with military rites to be performed by the Rockingham County Veteran's Honor Guard and the North Carolina National Guard.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery and other times at the residence.

Mr. Fausel was born October 23, 1950 in Hartford, CT and as a child, was adopted by the Bailey family.  He was a US Army veteran.  Frank enjoyed cooking, fishing, playing cards and working on cars.  He was a former employee of Goodyear.   

He is survived by his daughters, Heather Fausel and fiance Twain Kingsbury of Mt. Airy and Dawn Sawyer (Gary) of Reidsville;  two grandchildren, Felisity Sawyer and Jasmine Fausel; great-granddaughter, Aleeha Sawyer;  great-grandson, Xander Sawyer;  five brothers, Alan Fausel (Regina, Mike Fausel (Ida), Art Fausel (Donna), and Robert Fausel, all of NY and Norbert Fausel of CT;  three sisters, Edna, Carol and Janet Fausel, all of NY;  former wife, Patricia Fausel of Reidsville;  and several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Preceding Frank in death was his mother, Rita Sullivan Fausel;  step-father, George Fausel;  and sister, Loretta Fausel.
