Elsie Crowder Willey, 72, of 107 Hale Street, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016, at the Brian Center in Eden.

 

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, January 27, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.  

 

Mrs. Willey was born May 24, 1943 in Carroll County, VA to the late Theodore and Virginia Frazier Crowder.  She was a member of Tri-City Baptist Church and a former CNA at Morehead Nursing Center.

 

She is survived by her sons, Jeff Willey and wife, Shawn and Ronnie Willey and wife, Michelle;  daughter,  Tammy Willey;  six granddaughters;  one grandson;  three great-grandchildren;  and sister, Ocie Collier and husband, Samuel.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Roger Willey and four brothers, four sisters.

 

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening, 7 - 9 PM at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
