Obituary For Lisa Dawn Hopkins Rice August 27, 1961 - August 26, 2015 Lisa Dawn Hopkins Rice, 53, of 3549 Price Road in Eden, passed away Wednesday morning, August 26, 2015, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, August 29, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Danview Cemetery. Lisa was born August 27, 1961 in Leaksville section of Eden, NC. She was a graduate of Morehead High School and attended Rockingham Community College. Lisa was an owner and lover of horses. She is survived by her son, Christopher Joel Rice and companion, Brooke Clifton ; Lisa's companion, Tim Hall of the home; granddaughter, Allyssa Rice; mother, Barbara Hopkins; and niece, Breanna Hopkins. She was preceded in death by her father, Elroy Hopkins and brother, Jeff Hopkins. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (10 - 11 AM) at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.
