Obituary For Mack Sanford Evans June 15, 1970 - February 24, 2015 Mack Sanford Evans, 44, of 717 Osborne Street in Eden, passed away Tuesday evening, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Sunday, March 1, at 808 Clarkway Avenue in Eden. Mack was born June 15, 1970 in Eden, NC to the late Mack Jackson Evans and Lorene Hale Evans. He was a member of Gospel Tabernacle. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Brooke Evans of Eden; brother, Frankie Evans and wife, Cindy of Eden; sisters, Judy Evans, Cindy Samuels and husband, Calvin, Belinda Evans, and Cathy Rorrer, all of Eden; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jessie Evans and niece, Carly Samuels.
