Obituary For Jane O'Dell Griffin July 27, 1939 - February 16, 2015 Jane O'Dell Griffin, 75, passed away early Monday morning, February 16, 2015, at Brian Center in Eden. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, February 18, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Mrs. Griffin was born July 27, 1939 in Leaksville, NC, to the late Claude and Nancy Thompson Odell. She was a graduate of Tri-City High School, Class of 1957, where she played on the women's basketball team and was chief cheerleader. She is survived by her husband, J. Wayne Griffin of Laurinburg, NC; son, Tommy Griffin of Wilmington; daughter, Anne Lee Griffin of Laurenburg; four grandchildren, Morgann, Houston, Brandi and Hannah; sisters, Anne Sellers and Lucille Archibald of Eden; and brother, Frank O'Dell of Eden.
