A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday (July 15, 2014) at 2:00 PM in the Evergreen Gardens Cemetery in Reidsville. Dugan was born May 11,1966 in Rockingham County to Ronnie and Norma Fincanon. He is survived by his mother, Norma of the home; sisters, Annette Lovings also of the home and Mary Ayers and Husband, Andy; Aunt and Uncle, Jr. and Tina Fincanon of Gibsonville, NC.; 5 nephews and 1 niece; 3 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
