Obituary For Ralph "Nick" Allen Hale February 22, 1938 - March 22, 2014 Ralph "Nick" Allen Hale,76, of 3010 Old Leaksville Road, Ridgeway, Va. passed away Saturday morning March 22, 2014 at Morehead Memorial Hospital. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Ridgeway, Va.. Nick was born on February 22, 1938 to the late Alfred Franklin and Lucinda Joyce Hale. He retired from Shepherd Furniture and was a member of Gospel Tabernacle Church. Nick is survived by his wife; Geraldine G. Hale of the home, Step-son; Richard Russell,Jr. and wife Molly of Ridgeway, Va., granddaughter; Katie Russell of Ridgeway,Va.; Sister; Janice Bouldin of Eden, Brother: John Hale of Eden. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Cox Hale, sisters, Nannie Bett Hale, Lorene Evans, Vivian Coleman, brothers:George Hale, Charles Hale, Claude Hale, Carl Hale. Visitation will be one hour prior to service (1-2 pm) Tuesday and other times at the home.
