Obituary For Geneva Stanley March 29, 1927 - October 4, 2013 Geneva Stanley, age 86 of 638 Highland Park Drive, passed away at her home on Friday October 4, 2013. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Stanley was born March 29, 1927 in Leaksville, NC to the late Plato Cicero and Pearl Biggs Light. She was retired from Spray Cotton Mills and ran a Child care business out of her home for many years. Geneva was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband Thomas C. Stanley, Jr.;son, Johnny Stanley; brothers, John, Bill, Bob, Roy, Raymond and Diamond. She is survived by daughter, Debbie Finney and husband Billy of Eden; son, Loyd Dillon and wife Brenda of Charlotte,NC; grandsons, Ryan Scott & fiance Kammi Woods, Calvin Dillon, Daniel Dillon and Jonathan Dillon; 5 great grand children, 2 step grand children and 3 step great grandchildren; sister Lucy Overby of Eden and Geneva's special pet, Boone. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6 - 8 pm at Fair Funeral home.
